MCS Insights is an interactive data analysis portal that includes your most current MCS Order details. MCS Insights is hosted on the Amazon cloud.

MCS Insights Dashboards are as follows:

1. Sales Summary Dashboard

The purpose of this dashboard is to be able to quickly view sales for and Principals(s), Customer(s) or specific Principal/Customer relationship over a variety of timeframes.

2. Product Sales Dashboard

The purpose of the product sales dashboard is to provide specific information at the product level over a selected timeframe.

3. Sales Trend Dashboard

The purpose of this dashboard is to be able to identify trends in company sales.

4. Sales Goal Dashboard

The purpose of the sales goal dashboard is to allow you to establish and track specific goals for any combination of Principal, Customer, Sales Rep, Branch or Product over any timeframe.

5. Principal / Customer Summary Dashboard

The Principal and Customer Summary dashboard provides this year versus last year perspective of your company sales history.  The dashboard will display Total Sales Last period (YTD, 3 Month, 12 Month, Custom, etc.), Total % Change vs. Last Period by Principal or Customer. You can select a single or multiple Principals or Customers. 

 You can also filter data by Customer, Sales Representative, Branch, Brand and Product.

6. Current Year vs. Last Year Trend Dashboard

Both Principal and Customer dashboards provide the option to show sales in a trend when compared to the same time last year.

Each of These Dashboards Includes Different Data Views but All Have Several Common Features.

  • They are all interactive. As you make changes to your data selections the underlying data changes as well.
  • You can define and filter the data you would like to see.
  • You can define the time-period of data to be seen.
  • You can save a dashboard view for future and repetitive viewing.
  • You can schedule a dashboard view to run and be delivered to your email.
  • You can customize what information your employee users are able to review based on their login. You can define what Principals and Customers can be reviewed. You can decide whether they are able to see brokerage information or not.
  • You can save a dashboard view for future and repetitive viewing.
